Our American economy will forever require massive investments...

...in both water and energy. It is in the self interest of politicians to develop PPP relationships with private capital to make certain the bedrock of our nation, the ladder to the American Dream, can be attained.

Nevada is the driest state in the nation

MISSION CRITICAL - Water supports future prosperity. Nevada is an outlier among western states in establishing market-based groundwater transfer statutes, designed to facilitate the physical movement of groundwater, operating under voluntary sales of transferable water rights in a formal market between willing buyers (urban region) and willing sellers (rural region).

Western cities have a history of importing & diverting water to where people want to live.

Nevada is an outlier...

ALL new residential units must prove the availability of water to build, evidenced by a documented state water certificate.
How long can a regional economy thrive when its labor is a Workforce without Homes.
